1. Are you a factory or trading company?

Factory, specializing in high leverage plier with high quality, including high leverage effort saving lineman plier, long nose plier, diagonal cutting plier ,slip joint pliers and multifunctional pliers. We are keeping on new tools developing all the time.

2. What’s the lead time for bulk orders?

· OEM orders: Approximately 45 days after deposit confirmation (subject to order specifications).
· Distributor/Agent orders: Within 7 days after deposit received.

3. What payment terms do you accept?

T/T with 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment. Both USD and RMB are accepted.

4. What’s your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

· Distributors/Agents: MOQ is one full carton per size.
· OEM orders: MOQ is 1,000 units per size (custom inner box and carton packaging).

5. Can I get samples before placing bulk orders?

Of course, you could request several samples to be made up before committing to the bulk order. Providing all the specifications you need, along with the template & artwork, then our CS will help you get your samples manufacturing. Request a sample now!

· Absolutely! We welcome visitors. Our factory is located at:

8. Do you offer OEM manufacturing with custom branding?

9. What packaging options do you offer?

Standard packaging includes:

· Inner Color box + Master carton
